What payment options do you accept?
All transactions are processed securely by PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete payment. Express PayPal is also available which accepts credit or debit cards. You can use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card through the PayPal “pay with credit or debit card’ checkout option.

Do the prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST for Australian customers

Can I get a refund or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorisation. Make sure the items and packaging are in their unworn and in original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different size/colour/style or if preferred, issue a full refund back through PayPal to your nominated account that you used to make the purchase. We will reimburse you for the return shipping only if we were at fault - if we sent the wrong product, incorrect colour or size to what you originally ordered. In all other instances the return shipping must be covered by the customer, but we will always cover the costs to send items to you. All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged first, so please contact us on (08) 8223 6744 or via email sales@joggersworld.com.au.
